The Bellevue grand opening is planned for April 2017. First move-ins are projected to occur in June 2017. As with any new construction these dates are subject to change based on adjustments to the construction timeline.
WHEN WILL PRICING FOR BELLEVUE AT THE PROMONTORY BE DETERMINED?
New home prices are set based on current market rates. Pricing for homes will be determined at the time homes become available to purchase. It is not possible to give an accurate price estimate prior to opening.
IS THERE A PRIORITY LIST FOR PURCHASING A HOME?

HOW MANY HOMES ARE PLANNED AT BELLEVUE AT THE PROMONTORY AND WHAT IS THE FLOOR COUNT?
Bellevue at The Promontory will offer 94 two-story single-family detached homes.
WHAT ARE THE BEDROOM/BATH COUNTS, GARAGE DETAILS, AND HOME SIZES?
Bellevue Residence 1 - Up to 5 Bedrooms/Up to 3.5 Baths/2-car Garage - 2,603 sq.ft.
Bellevue Residence 2 - Up to 6 Bedrooms/Up to 4.5 Baths/2-car Garage - Up to 3,359 sq.ft.
Bellevue Residence 3 - Up to 7 Bedrooms/Up to 5.5 Baths/2 or 3-car Garage - Up to 3,629 sq.ft.
WHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES AT THE PROMONTORY?
The community ammenities will include recreation areas with sports fields. The community will offer numerous walking paths that give access to the surrounding open space.

If you are giving serious consideration to buying a home, then you will need to join the Bellevue buyer list - which you can do by getting pre-qualified with our designated lender, Freedom Mortgage. If you do buy a home, you can use any lender you wish.
Pre-qualifications with Freedom Mortgage will start mid-November 2016
Please make an appointment with a Community Sales Agent once pre-qualifications start in November. The agent will review the steps to purchase and give you a link to the Seller’s Designated Lender on-line application.
You will need to complete all the information in the application (for you and your spouse if purchasing together). If you are considering a purchase with someone other than your spouse, you will need to fill out two separate applications (one for each of you).
You will need to email the following documents to the designated lender:
• Official Bank statements for each account you have for the prior 2 months (all pages)
• Pay-stubs covering the prior 30 days
• Federal Tax Returns for the prior 2 years (including all schedules and attachments)
• W-2s from the prior 2 years
• Loan Worksheet Questionaire (provided by sales agent)
• Buyer’s Certification and Authorization (provided by sales agent)
You will also need to complete the Buyer’s Profile Form and email it to the sales office. Upon receipt of all your documents the pre-qualification will commence and you will be kept updated on the progress.
Earnest money deposit is $10,000 if you have chosen to use your own lender or pay cash. It is discounted 50% to $5,000 if you have chosen to use our designated lender Freedom Mortgage.
