Agave Residence 1 - 3 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths/2-car Garage - 1,420 sq.ft.
Agave Residence 2 - 3 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths/2-car Garage - 1,452 sq.ft.
Agave Residence 3 - 3 Bedrooms/2.5 Baths/2-car Garage - 1,681 sq.ft.
WHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES AT THE PRESERVE?
The community ammenities will include a recreation complex with a fitness center, pool, spa, BBQs, and covered seating areas. There will be several neighborhood parks. The community will also offer playgrounds, multiple seating areas, and numerous walking paths with connections to the Carlsbad trail network.
WHAT ARE HOA DUES FOR AGAVE AT THE PRESERVE?
Total HOA dues will be approximately $389 for phase 1. At build out HOA dues are projected to be $363. The HOA dues cover limited insurance, maintenance of the community amenities and common areas, recreational facilities, and maintenance of the private streets.
WHAT IS THE TAX RATE FOR AGAVE AT THE PRESERVE?
The tax rate for Agave at The Preserve is projected to be 1.3%, which will include the Mello-Roos/CFD.

If you are giving serious consideration to buying a home, then you will need to join the Agave buyer list - which you can do by getting pre-qualified with our designated lender, Freedom Mortgage. If you do buy a home, you can use any lender you wish.
Pre-qualifications with Freedom Mortgage will start early-September 2016
Please make an appointment with a Community Sales Agent once pre-qualifications start in August. The agent will review the steps to purchase and give you a link to the Seller’s Designated Lender on-line application.
You will need to complete all the information in the application (for you and your spouse if purchasing together). If you are considering a purchase with someone other than your spouse, you will need to fill out two separate applications (one for each of you).
You will need to email the following documents to the designated lender:
• Official Bank statements for each account you have for the prior 2 months (all pages)
• Pay-stubs covering the prior 30 days
• Federal Tax Returns for the prior 2 years (including all schedules and attachments)
• W-2s from the prior 2 years
• Loan Worksheet Questionaire (provided by sales agent)
• Buyer’s Certification and Authorization (provided by sales agent)
You will also need to complete the Buyer’s Profile Form and email it to the sales office. Upon receipt of all your documents the pre-qualification will commence and you will be kept updated on the progress.
Earnest money deposit is $10,000 if you have chosen to use your own lender or pay cash. It is discounted 50% to $5,000 if you have chosen to use our designated lender Freedom Mortgage.
