Please note Cornerstone Communities policy and the requirements to qualify for a referral fee:

Real Estate Agent must accompany and register client upon client’s first visit to the sales office. Prospects’ who have had contact with a Sales Manager by phone, email, through any real estate listing service, our website or virtually, will not be able to register with a real estate agent. No exceptions.
