Marian Bear Memorial Park. Marian Bear Memorial Park offers a peaceful retreat within the city. The park’s trails wind through a scenic canyon, and you’ll come across wooden bridges that add character to your journey. Enjoy the surroundings as you walk or bike over these pretty bridges.

Spruce Street Suspension Bridge. Tucked away in Bankers Hill, the Spruce Street Suspension Bridge is a hidden gem. This pedestrian bridge sways gently as you walk across to view a ravine and surrounding trees. 

Sunset Cliffs Natural Park Bridge. Situated along the picturesque Sunset Cliffs coastline, this bridge gives way to coastal and cliff views. Walk across the bridge to at sunset for a picturesque end to the day with the sound of crashing waves in the background.

Balboa Park Trails. Balboa Park, known for its cultural attractions and lush green spaces, also offers trails and bridges. Stroll through the Botanical Building and cross the iconic wooden bridge over the Lily Pond. The Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park is another must-visit spot, with its traditional bridges arching over koi ponds and gardens.
