Fireworks
Considered Southern California’s largest fireworks show, at the Annual Big Bay Boom July 4 Fireworks Show fireworks are strategically placed on barges throughout the Port of San Diego for maximum sky coverage choreographed with music. The show lasts 17 minutes and begins at 9 p.m.
It’s an all-day affair at the 4th of July Celebration in Coronado. The day begins at 10 a.m. with a parade. and throughout the day, celebrants will be entertained by music, arts and crafts, a Navy Leap Frog demo, photos with Star Wars characters and more. The day closes with a fireworks display at 9 p.m.

If a traditional parade is what you seek, get your seats early for the Scripps Ranch 4th of July Parade at Scripps Ranch Hoyt Park or the Julian 4th of July Parade a little further out.
