Service appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

If you have an emergency and it is after business hours, please call our Emergency Service number: (858) 458-9700 (then press 5).
You will be asked to leave a message, which will be immediately sent to the person on-call. You will get a call back shortly.

For service to appliances and emergencies involving electrical, heating, plumbing, or garage door opener, you may use the telephone numbers provided in your walk-through folder.
While for emergencies, these contractors can be contacted directly, please submit a Warranty Request, so we may maintain a record of your concerns.
